Experience a variety of yogic tools and techniques to reinvigorate, restore, and nourish to empower you on a new path to healing and well-being.

Learn the science related to the vagus nerve and the autonomic nervous system. Experience and practice the tools and techniques of therapeutic yoga: a combination of steady, grounded, and gentle rhythmic movements, conscious relaxation to reconnect with a felt sense of the body, reflective journaling, and breathing techniques to support you in releasing feelings of stuckness and reigniting a fire.
In this workshop, participants will:
Explore how stimulating the vagus nerve and experiencing conscious relaxation can impact our overall well-being.
Reflect and untangle emotions that may be unexplored through journaling.
Learn about the impact of the nervous system on healthy digestion and the menopausal belly.
Practice therapeutic yogic tools that cultivate grounding, fluidity, and a new sense of personal empowerment.
